Proverbs 11: 30 – 31 – ‘The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, and he who wins souls is wise. If the righteous receive their due on earth, how much more the ungodly and the sinner!’

Righteous fruit. What is it? It is described in Proverbs as a tree of life. Could it be that if we acknowledge Christ as our Saviour, we then go on to produce good fruits? We impact people for God’s kingdom? Further to this, we go on to show others the importance of acknowledging Christ as their own personal saviour?

Righteous fruit: are you producing it?

Righteous fruit: are you producing it?

We accept Christ and through this become righteous. We then go on to do good works, producing fruit. This in turn leads to winning souls for Christ.

Those who do Christ’s work receive their due on earth. Perhaps this is in the form of winning many souls to Christ; perhaps it’s in the form of having a great impact to many for Christ. Perhaps it’s in the form of receiving riches that can be invested into God’s kingdom. What is it for you?

We know through God’s word that the sinner also receives their due on earth. They don’t have a saving knowledge of Christ and so go through life without eternal salvation. Their impact ends on this earth; they don’t have an eternity with Christ and definitely don’t leave a legacy for future generations!

Righteous fruit – work to produce this in your everyday lives. As you do so, it will put you in a position to also win souls for Christ. Use your wealth as Christians to make a positive, Godly impact on this earth.

Financial tip – for big purchases, research pricing in advance of acquiring something. You can save yourself a lot of money if you take the time to look around.
